Limited Warranty

Limited 6-Month Warranty

Vertical Summit LLC, doing business as Lush Garden, warrants to the original purchaser that the Lush Grow Tent product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for six months from the date of purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Coverage:

• During the warranty period, Lush Garden will repair or replace, at its option, any part of the Lush Grow Tent found to be defective in material or workmanship, at no charge to the original purchaser.
• This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from improper use, maintenance, installation, or adjustments, exposure to corrosive materials, unauthorized repair, alterations, accidents, or other conditions beyond our control.

Exclusions:

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and damage due to acts of nature, such as lightning, floods, or fires are not covered by this warranty.
• Accessories and consumable items such as zippers, ropes, fabric, carbon filter or air filter components are excluded from this warranty.
• This warranty applies exclusively to the Lush Grow Tent. All other products and accessories sold by Lush Garden do not come with a warranty. Seeds are covered by the Greenthumb Guarantee.

Claims Process:

• To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact Lush Garden customer service at hello@lush.garden and provide proof of purchase, description of the defect, and photos if required.
• Lush Garden will determine whether the defect is covered by this warranty and will guide the purchaser through the process of repairing or replacing the defective Lush Grow Tent.

Disclaimer:

• This warranty is the exclusive warranty given by Lush Garden (Vertical Summit LLC) and supersedes any prior, contrary, or additional representations. All other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.
• Lush Garden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind from the use of the Lush Grow Tent.
